Texas Aviation Heritage Foundation, Inc. Scholarship Luncheon: January 26, 2017

On January 26, 2017, TAHFI held their annual scholarship luncheon at the MCM Elegante Hotel in Lubbock, TX. In addition to raising money for their numerous scholarship programs, TAHFI honored Mr. Phil Price and recognized him for his service, dedication, and countless contributions to the preservation of aviation and military history. The event was emceed by Dave Lewis, Colonel, USAF (Retired), president of the TAHFI Board of Directors, Director of Strategic Studies for IPAC, and Professor of Practice in the Department of Political Science at Texas Tech University. The special guest speaker for the lunch was Mr. Joe Galloway, Vietnam War correspondent and coauthor of the book, We Were Soldiers Once… and Young.
